Jeruel- A Learn 4 LLC Company

Jeruel Global began in 2015 to help teams build real skills that show up on the job. We’re a training and competency development company under Learn 4.0 LLC, serving corporate and government clients across sectors and regions.

Our focus is simple. Design training that lands, deliver it well, and support people until the new habits stick. Every course is built for transfer, not trivia. We use the Kirkpatrick model end to end. We plan for Reaction and Learning in the room with clear objectives and practice, then drive Behaviour and Results on the job with projects, coaching, and follow-ups. Our programs are researched, structured, and interactive so people get time to try, reflect, and improve.

Since founding, we’ve served 500+ leaders and organizations, developed 30+ courses, and custom-built versions for specific plants, fleets, and sites. A typical build includes a short discovery, tailored cases from the client’s world, and a 30–90 day adoption plan. For example, a planning and scheduling course ends with daily exercises and steps that teams can run the next week.

To raise the bar, we partner with award-winning authors and instructors who’ve led in the field. They bring depth. We bring design discipline and delivery support. Together we align each program to business goals, define the measures that matter, and track outcomes after the class. That’s why our clients say the learning holds. What you can expect from us every time. Careful prep, rigorous content, active practice, and measurable results, with a team that leaves no stone unturned to make the training a success.

Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices

Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices is a three-day, in-person course that covers the practices behind high-performing maintenance organizations. It is designed for maintenance and reliability professionals who want a complete, practical framework for moving their operation from reactive maintenance to a proactive, reliability-centered way of working.

The course covers the full spectrum of maintenance and reliability fundamentals: maintenance strategy and asset criticality, failure behavior and the P-F curve, work management from identification through close-out, planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance program design, condition monitoring, MRO and spare parts management, performance metrics including OEE, root cause analysis, and the leadership practices required to sustain improvement. The content is aligned with the SMRP Body of Knowledge and provides a strong foundation for professionals preparing for the CMRP credential.

Throughout the three days, you will work through exercises, case discussions, and assessments that connect each concept to your own plant. You will leave with a clear picture of where your operation stands today and a prioritized set of actions to take back to your site.

This portal hosts all the training materials for the course, including the course workbook, pre-course learning materials, reference documents, templates, and supporting resources. You can download any of these at any time, before, during, or after the classroom sessions. Your instructor will guide you on which resource to use at each point during the program, so there is no need to work through anything in advance unless directed.

For any questions about the course or materials, contact Dennis Herman at [email protected].
